Bartack

Bartack je typ švu, využívaný všude tam, kde je vyžadována maximální pevnost spojení, často se také využívá jako designový prvek, zejména při použití kontrastní barvy nitě. Vyznačuje se tím, že vlákna nitě jsou kolmé ke směru švu, čímž umožňuje použití vyššího poštu stehů na daném úseku švu.

Bartack is a type of seam, used wherever maximum bond strength is required, it is often also used as a design element, especially when using a contrasting thread color. It is characterized in that the thread fibers are perpendicular to the direction of the seam, thus allowing the use of a higher number of stitches on a given section of the seam.
